The Wolverine Inferno Gen2 Premium utilizes a hybrid open bolt system, which creates a pause when shooting. This pause increases the stability of BB which adds to its accuracy. On top of this, the hybrid system retains the advantages of an open bolt system and adds, among other things, easy adjustment of the hop up. This HPA engine can be set as a semi-automatic system as well as fully automatic.

This Inferno Gen2 Premium is suitable for V2 gearboxes and can easily be modified for V3, M249 and all other gearboxes that utilize a centred nozzle. Thanks to the mechanism, that operates with only one moving part, this HPA engine is extremely reliable. In addition, it is also compatible with other Wolverine products.

The Wolverine Inferno Gen2 Premium HPA engine comes supplied with the Wolverine Premium FCU (Fire Control Unit). With which a plethora of fire modes can be set:
