Flashlight Fenix PD40R V3.0

The waterproof Fenix PD40R V3.0 flashlight produces a beam of light with an output of no less than 3000 Lumen and a reach of 500 metres. This allows you to brightly illuminate quite a large part of the environment. The flashlight uses a powerful 26650 Li-ion battery to do just that and it can be charged by using a USB cable.

Using the rotary mode selector -which has multiple vertical grooves for added grip- allows you to choose between five available light modes. The Fenix PD40R V3.0 flashlight features the following light modes:
• Low
• Medium
• High
• Turbo
• Strobe
Using the low mode lengthens the flashlight’s battery life to an impressive 88 hours. The battery status is represented by different colours and that indicator is located below the rotary mode selector.

In addition to the five light modes listed above, this V3.0 also has an SOS mode. That mode produces a beam of light that consistently blinks on and off and it stands out greatly. As a result, that mode allows you to easily and quickly signal for help.

The housing of the Fenix PD40R V3.0 flashlight is made of black anodised 6061-T6 aluminium, which ensures the flashlight has excellent corrosion resistance. In addition, it has an IP68 waterproof rating, so it’s entirely dust- and waterproof. This flashlight can brave the elements like few others, so it can easily be used in even the heaviest weather conditions.
