Buttstock Weight MDT SRS/SRS-X/SRS-X Premier/SRS-Short
This MDT SRS/SRS-X/SRS-X Premier/SRS-Short buttstock weight can be installed in a compatible stock to provide additional recoil reduction and improve the rifle’s overall balance. The buttstock weight adds 295 grams (0,65 lbs) to the rear of the stock, significantly shifting the rifle’s balance point rearwards.
The buttstock weight is made from case-hardened steel, giving it a very durable outer layer that withstands friction and impact. A clearance slot on the underside of the weight allows for use of an M-LOK accessory even when the weight is installed.
Installation of the buttstock weight is easy. First, remove the buttplate assembly, then slide the weight into the lowest slot. Secure it using the supplied screws, optionally applying a small amount of blue Loctite. Finally, reinstall the buttplate.
