The Mauser M18 is a robust (hunting) rifle from Mauser that is resistant to all kinds of weather. This rifle is equipped with a highly stable synthetic stock for extreme conditions. The grip and fore-end are provided with a non-slip inlay for that extra bit of grip. The Mauser M18 also has swivel studs for attaching a bipod or carrying belt. These swivel studs are located at the bottom of the fore-end and at the bottom of the stock.
The barrel of the Mauser M18 is a cold hammered barrel made of special steel, sub-MOA precision guaranteed. The rifle has a 5+1 magazine, 5 cartridges in the magazine, 1 cartridge in the chamber. This M18 has a three-position safety; 1. Fire 2. Bolt action possible, but firing is locked 3. Everything locked (firing and bolt action). The Mauser M18 is also equipped with an adjustable, dry-standing, direct action trigger.
Also a nice addition to the Mauser M18 is the removable butt pad. This butt pad / end of the stock provides storage space for important tools such as a cleaning kit.
