Tikka T3x Hunter LH Set

This Tikka T3x Hunter LH set has been put together by ourselves, this rifle with an Optilock Sako TRG/Tikka 17 mm blued mounting base, Optilock 30 mm Medium blued mounting rings and high-quality Steiner Ranger 3-13x56 4A-I rifle scope, make for a neat set-up for novice and advanced hunters:

Tikka T3x Hunter LH:
This Tikka has been designed with tradition and modern innovation in mind. Its beautiful left-handed stock features a checkered grip and forend, for improved grip when handling the rifle. Underneath this stock you’ll find two attachment points for a gun sling. The rear of the stock features a shoulder pad made of soft synthetic material, which decreases the recoil felt on your shoulder.

Tikka provided this rifle with a widened ejection port, which makes feeding one cartridge at a time easier and faster. Besides the standard Dovetail rail (17 mm), the action features screw insert points on top which provides you with a way to attach a Weaver/Picatinny rail. Another nice feature is the metallic bolt shroud, this ensures extra protection for the rear of the bolt and firing pin. The front of the bore features a 14x1 muzzle thread.

This left-handed version features the bolt handle and safety on the left side of the receiver.

Optilock Sako TRG/Tikka 17 mm blued mounting base:
This mount base from Optilock is suitable for Tikka connections and features an indexing edge that makes it easier to tighten the ring without any accidental rotation. The mount base has a brand new angular design to perfectly go along with the beauty of the rifle itself.

Optilock 30 mm Medium blued mounting rings:
These mount rings are machined from a solid block of blued steel, and the inner scope saver ring is made of polymer and acts as a ball bearing to prevent the scope tube from being deformed.

Steiner Ranger 3-13x56 4A-I rifle scope:
This is a powerful all-round rifle scope that offers a light transmission of 90% thanks to the special coating on the lenses. This creates a bright and clear image. It’s water- and fog proof thanks to the nitrogen filling and the O-rings placed on the inside. In addition, this rifle scope functions within temperature conditions from -25 °C to 65 °C.

It also features a magnification of 3 to 12 times with an objective diameter of 56 mm, which offers a field of view from 3 m to 12 m at a distance of 100 m. The illuminated 4A-I reticle is situated in the second focal plane and can be adjusted, by using the capped turrets, in steps of 0.10 MRAD. The maximum adjustment range amounts to 8.5 MRAD for both elevation and windage. With its long eye relief of 90 mm, it offers a safe and comfortable distance to the rifle scope and the eyepiece can be adjusted for a deviation from -3.0 to + 2.0.
