Tacstack XL 130x30 Rifle Bag

Inside of the Tacstack XL 130x30 rifle bag, two rifles can be stored. The divider in the main compartment also serves as a maintenance mat, equipped with a corrosion inhibiting TacShield.

The outside of the rifle bag is made of tear-resistant polyester. Two sturdy handles of the same material allow for carrying of the bag. A third handle on one end helps with manipulating the bag, for example when pulling it from the boot of a car. Metal D-rings offer an alternative carrying method, using the included shoulder strap. This shoulder strap is detachable and equipped with an adjustable, padded shoulder piece.

A third carrying method is enabled by the backpack straps, which are also included. These padded and pre-shaped straps can be attached to MOLLE webbing at the back of the bag. A sternum strap with buckle prevents the shoulder straps from slipping off the shoulder and the weight to be distributed better. This ensures that the rifle bag can be carried in a comfortable fashion.

On the front of this Tacstack XL 130x30 rifle bag two compartments are present, of different size but with a similar layout. These compartments cover the full width of the rifle bag. Both contain two zippered pockets, with mesh pockets in front. The big compartment has four mesh pockets, while the smaller compartment has two. A strip of hook-and-loops fabric is located above these pockets on the inside, as part of the TacStack Organising System. This allows for attaching Tacstack organising patches, to clearly indicate the contents without having to open the pocket itself. On the front of both compartments another zippered pocket is located, which is quickly and easily accessible.

The main compartment of the rifle bag is lined with fleece and has strengthened sides. These protect rifles from damage, while also protecting the zippers and polyester fabric of the bag itself. On one side of the compartment another five pockets are present. To prevent contents from shifting inside of the bag, three pairs of hook-and-loops strips are present. These allow for the rifle to be tied to the side of the bag.

A neoprene divider prevents contents from bumping into each other and thus causing damage. This divider is removable thanks to its attachment with hook-and-loop fabric. It can also be used as a maintenance mat, where the soft neoprene protects against scratching and chafing. It is also waterproof and oil-resistant.

TacShield Technology is also integrated in the divider, providing a rust-inhibiting effect. A slowly vaporising corrosion inhibitor leaves a thin, protective film on the contents of the compartment, in order to better protect it from corrosion. As a result, wet or moist rifles can be put in the bag. These should of course still be dried as quickly as possible after use.
