These 4.51 mm (.1775) 16 grain HP airgun slugs by H&N feature an extremely favourable ballistic coefficient due to their aerodynamic shape, which ensures a flat bullet trajectory and outstanding energy retention. The muzzle energy of the rifle used, should be at least 16 joules, while 30 joules is recommended for the best results. Also keep in mind that slugs perform best in barrels that are designed specifically for slugs.
