The Hill MK5 hand pump with Dry-Pac has surpassed its predecessors. Its manometer clearly shows your progress while you pump your way to no less than 300 bar (4500 psi), with a 20% increase in ease of use. Maintenance has been made easier through the simplification of the internals of the pump. The patented Dry-Pac filters 90% of moisture out of the air, making sure your PCP airgun gets filled with dry air. The bleed valve gets rid of excess air quick and easily.

This Hill MK5 hand pump comes with a Dry-Pac moisture filter and a hose with a 1/8 bsp female connection.

It took 5 minutes to set up. When I loaded my gun, my first impression was that there was no difference till 150 bar, but then I saw how much easier it was to fill up to 250 bar. It appeared to move a lot more air for the same amount of effort.

Superfast delivery. It's a pump of good quality. I pumped my FX Maverick VP with this pump. From 150 bar to 230 bar I needed 130 pump actions. With my weight of 90 kg, and I am 57 years old, it's not difficult.

This is my first PCP and as I'm not planning to shoot thousands of pellets monthly, this is the only viable solution for me to fill my gun. Every other method is simply not cost-effective.

Now, I have used it, and as it is my first pump I wanted to go for the 'best' according to the reviews, so I picked Hill MK5. I can't comment on whether it is better or easier to pump with this pump in regards to other models out there, but I can tell you it's a workout. Prepare to do some heavy breathing and maybe even some sweating. Also, the heavier you are, the easier it is, and under 70kg you are going to struggle a lot.

The more vigorous you pump, the faster you will get the pressure in the gun, but that is more exhausting as well. If you decide to take it easy, as I have, then prepare yourself to do it for a bit longer. For example, 200-250bar I took me 120 pumps.

It's a sturdy built pump and I think it will last for a long time if you take care of it (lubing and cleaning) and It also comes with the drypack (2 extra) for some dry and clean air for your PCP.
