Bergara BMR-X Steel

The Bergara BMR-X Steel is a heavier rimfire rifle equipped with the key features required for maximum stability and accuracy in long-range precision shooting. The barrel is made from chrome-molybdenum steel with a heavy (#6) barrel profile for effective heat control and enhanced stability. This rifle is therefore designed for (competition) shooters aiming to hit targets at (very) long distances.

The Bergara BMR-X is equipped with a 30 MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail, allowing for correct scope adjustment when shooting at extended ranges. In addition, the BMR-X features the Bergara Performance Trigger, which allows the shooter to adjust the trigger pull weight to their preference using a hex key – no gunsmith required. The action is also fitted with a match chamber, ensuring minimal tolerances when using high-quality ammunition. This contributes to improved accuracy.

To support the BMR-X’s capabilities as a precision rifle, the stock it is installed in is designed with ergonomics and stability as priorities. It features a near-vertical grip for a comfortable shooting position and natural trigger pull. The stock is adjustable in length using three spacers, allowing the shooter to achieve the correct length of pull (LOP) for maximum comfort.

The rear of the stock includes a flat bag rider, while the underside of the forend is flat enough to prevent canting when placed on a stable platform. These features ensure the rifle remains stable when shooting from, for example, a sandbag or shooting rest. Thanks to the integrated QD flush cups, a sling can also be mounted to the rifle.
