The hollow point, combined with a soft grade of lead, provides an excellent expansion. Thanks to its bullet shape with dish base, the Nielsen 5.5 mm HPDB 17.5 grain (.217) airgun slug has a ballistic coefficient of 0.075. The slug has a length of .234” (5.9 mm).
