Krale provides at least one year guarantee on all articles purchased from us, unless otherwise stated. Manufacturers offer guarantee periods of more than one year in many cases, the so-called manufacturers guarantee. The duration and terms of this manufacturers guarantee, where applicable, are stated in the instructions for the use of the article.
If it is a valid complaint, the article will be repaired or exchanged free of cost within a reasonable period. The guarantee does not cover the shipping costs.
