This Walther Q5 Match SF Black Ribbon is a redevelopment with a steel frame of the Walther Q5 Match, specifically for sport shooting. This semi-automatic pistol has a sporty slide with deep grooves at the back for better grip and quicker loading. On the front of the slide, slots are machined for less weight and a quick sliding action. The steel frame has the advantage of having significantly less blowback due to its mass compared to a polymer frame.

The Dynamic Performance trigger is an improved version of the Expert trigger. It features a trigger safety, has shorter stages and the sear engagement and trigger break are optimized. The Walther Q5 Match SF Black Ribbon pistol has a standard adapter plate on which a rear sight with adjustable windage and elevation is mounted, matching the front sight with additional fibre optic. Other features are a magwell and extended magazine release.
