Pocket Knife Zero Tolerance 0562CF

The Zero Tolerance 0562CF is a pocket knife of absolute top-quality, made from only the best materials. This one is designed by knife designer Rick Hinderer.

Take the blade, which is made from CPM 20CV ‘super steel’, combining high corrosion resistance with toughness and hardness, making for a hard-wearing blade with good edge retention. A beautiful stonewashed/bead blasted finish prevents the blade from reflecting, while also masking small scratches. The Hinderer ‘slicer’ grind makes for a great slicing blade with a very strong point.

Being a top-end knife, it’s no surprise the blade rotates in ball-bearings, in this case made by KVT. With these, the blade rotates freely and without any play in the titanium frame, making one handed opening with the flipper a breeze. The pivoting point features a custom nut with five spoke design.

The flipper will also form the finger guard when the blade is unfolded and for full control, the first part of the back of the blade has jimping to put your thumb on to apply pressure. As the frame lock is made from titanium, a hardened metal lockbar insert prevents wear and thus ensures a play-free lock. A lockbar stabilizer prevents the lockbar from over-extending (being pushed to far out), making sure the lockbar tension won’t be affected.

The scale on the front is made of carbon fibre, which is -just like the stonewashed titanium frame- extremely light and strong. Of course, the Zero Tolerance 0562CF features a tip-up deep-carry pocket clip that can be mounted both left and right.
