The American Air Venturi brand started up in 2010 as an importer and distributor of a large range of airgun related products. The goal? Offering a complete package to dealers and other retailers to serve the airgunning community in all its varieties.
Many well-known brands are being imported and distributed by the Solon Ohio based company, but where Air Venturi sets itself apart from the rest is the fact they also sell products under their own name. These are being made by others, following their specific specifications. It’s quite a wide range that is being sold under the Air Venturi name, for instance: airguns, air pistols, targets, pellets and airgun accessories, but also air cylinders and compressors.
By thinking like an airgunner and then looking at what the market has to offer, Air Venturi thinks about where gaps could be filled. Then innovations that could fill those gaps are being thought out and trusted manufacturers are asked to make the products they desire, often tweaking existing products to suit their wishes.
Especially Air Venturi airguns have taken a keen interest worldwide, with Air Venturi air rifles being considered being surprisingly good value for money. High-end performance for mid-level prices so to say. The Air Venturi airguns side of business started to take shape when Air Venturi started producing parts for existing airguns that they sold. When you’re outsourcing the production of specific airgun parts, it’s just a small step to actually ask manufacturers to build complete airguns to your own specifications. And that’s how things took off.
