Rangefinder MTC Optics Rapier Ballistic

The MTC Optics Rapier Ballistic rangefinder is an easy way to determine distances and helps you set up your rifle scope in seconds. Having Bluetooth connectivity, the laser rangefinder can be connected to a smartphone where a free app can be installed. This app immediately calculates where your point of aim should be and even tells you how many clicks/Mrad/MOA you should adjust or hold over. On top of that, the inclination is shown too.

Operating the MTC Optics Rapier Ballistic rangefinder is child play. Look through the eyepiece (adjustable for eyesight) and choose one of the three reticles available on the LCD screen, where the image is shown with a 6x magnification and a 7.5 degrees field of view. Shown are the distance in metres or yards and the inclination in degrees. You can make your own calculations with that information, or connect the MTC Optics Rapier Ballistic rangefinder to your smartphone. The information shown and calculations made will be immediately visible and can even be read to you audible. In a no noise situation, where you still need to keep your eye on the target, the included cordless earpiece is perfect.

To power the MTC Optics Rapier Ballistic rangefinder, an CR2/3V lithium battery is used, which will last approximately 5000 activations. To save energy, the rangefinder will shut down automatically after ten seconds of inactivity. When using the app, this can be extended between 10 and 40 minutes.

Rangefinding can be done between 5 and 1200 metres (1200 yards), with a small margin of just one metre (just over 3 feet). And it's comforting to know, the MTC Optics Rapier Ballistic rangefinder can stand a bit of rain, as it’s IPX4 certified.
