Pocket Knife Kershaw RJ Tactical 3.0
This full black Kershaw RJ Tactical 3.0 is designed by custom knife maker R.J. Martin who puts a lot of his experience as a ex-helicopter engineer at Sikorsky into his knife designs, making sure shapes and materials are always in sync with versatile use.
The with hard-wearing black oxide coated blade features a versatile drop-point and can be opened with one hand, using the flipper that also doubles as a fingerguard. By using Kershaw’s SpeedSafe assisted opening system, the blade will get some spring assistance in the first part of the opening swing. As 8Cr13MoV steel is used, the blade is very corrosion resistant and will be easy to sharpen thanks to its hardness. And for its price range, the blade has a well above average edge holding capability.
By using FRN scales for the handle, the Kershaw RJ Tactical 3.0 could be kept light. FRN is fibreglass reinforced nylon, a material that is known for its weather resistance and impact resistance. By contouring the handle, it feels very comfortable. A textured surface and jimping for your palm provide a good grip.
