Specna Arms SA-E04 Edge Black

The Specna Arms SA-E04 Edge Black airsoft replica is part of the new Edge series by Specna Arms. This line of replicas features a variety of internal upgrades that ensure the Edge series offers high-performance, rugged and reliable replicas.

The exterior of the metal receiver features original Rock River Arms markings and is coated in a nano coating which protects against scratches. On either side of the handguard, there’s a removable plastic rail cover. Under which a Picatinny rail is situated that can be used to mount different accessories. The rear sight is a flip-up sight that’s sideways adjustable.

A 14 mm left (CCW) thread is located on the end of the outer barrel on which different moderators or flash hiders can be mounted. There is a metal flash hider mounted on this thread that can be removed without any problems. The inner barrel has a diameter of 6.03 mm, which is smaller in comparison with standard barrels and provides greater accuracy. A hop-up is attached to the internal end of this inner barrel that is easily adjustable by using the large, rotating wheel.

The Specna Arms SA-E04 Edge Black has a crane stock that offers enough space for different batteries. In the buffer tube, you’ll find a Deans connection. This connection leads to the Gate X-ASR mosfet, which provides the replica with faster response time and a higher rate of fire.

The Orion gearbox that is part of the Edge-series features a new and improved ‘Quick Spring Change’ system which ensures that the spring can be easily replaced within seconds. The box contains an M90 spring with which the power and speed of the replica can be adjusted for Dutch regulations.

Next to this, the piston in the gearbox is provided with steel teeth, this enhances the lifespan of this replica relative to the plastic teeth in other replicas. The nozzle, cylinder head and piston head are manufactured from aluminium and are provided with extra O-rings. This ensures there’s only little to none pressure loss and also increases the lifespan of these parts.
