Sauer 404 Classic

The Sauer 404 Classic big bore rifle combines the Sauer S404-concept with a beautiful Ergo Lux Grade2 walnut stock. The aviation grade high alloy aluminium receiver has a six lug bolt, which gives the bolt a very short 60 degrees action. Twin ejectors make shure shells are ejected perfectly sideways.

There's a choice of four trigger pull weights in this Sauer 404 Classic: 1.2 lbs, 1.7 lbs, 2.2lbs and 2.7 lbs. The Quattro-trigger itself can be adjusted stepless over a length of 0.3 inch and has a left to right swivel range of 5 degrees. This big bore rifle comes with M15x12 thread on the barrel and a MagLock magazine safety that locks the release mechanism of the magazine.

The QD front sling swivel has the Sauer Integrated Schlüssel (allen key) system, which means the sling swivel can be removed to reveal a an allen key to quickly remove fore end, buttstock and barrel. The Sauer Universal Mount is integrated in the receiver to keep the build hight extremely low.
