Pocket Knife Kershaw Barstow
The Kershaw Barstow is a notable pocket knife that catches the eye with its spear shaped blade and symmetrical design. A BlackWash coating makes for a rugged look and it will mask small scratches that could appear after intensive use. The arrow design on the handle offers a good grip.
You can open the Kershaw Barstow one handed, using the flipper and when doing that, you’ll get a little assisting push from Kershaw’s own SpeedSafe assisted opening system. Once opened, the blade is securely held in place by the frame lock. By using 8Cr13Mov steel, the blade has a good corrosion resistance, is easy to sharpen and will hold its edge well. Hardness is HRC 57-59.
The handle of this pocket knife is made from FRN, fibreglass filled nylon that’s known for its toughness and weather resistance.
