Moderator Huma Mod40-5/0 1/2 UNF

This Huma Mod40-5/0 1/2 UNF moderator is segmented in three parts. The first part has a female ½ UNF thread and a 40 mm volume chamber with Kevlar reinforced ballistic fibres round a thick wired woven mesh core.

Then there are four identical screwed-on 40 mm volume chambers, also filled with inserts with ballistic fibres. The last volume chamber has a screw-on end-cap.

The modular design enables you to set-up the Huma Mod40-5/0 1/2 UNF moderator completely as you wish, depending on the desired frequency and level of moderation. You can choose to leave out a complete volume chamber or just use one as a hollow chamber without an insert. It’s also possible to add extra volume chambers which we sell separately.

The following variants for different calibres are available:

• 5.5 mm / .22 (also suitable for 4.5 mm / .177)
• 6.35 mm / .25
• 7.62 mm / .30
