Firearms export
If you’re looking to buy a firearm in our online shop, but don’t live in the Netherlands, there are some export restrictions and rules and regulations we need to address. Nevertheless, most of the time it’s possible to export a firearm.
An official license to order a firearm is always needed
What we always need, is a copy of your firearms certificate. We absolutely need to know you’re officially licensed to own the firearm you’re ordering. And when exporting, we have to follow rules and regulations of not only our own country, but also the country we’re shipping to. For this, we follow certain protocols, depending where you want the firearm exported to. Making sure the documents needed are in order.
EU protocol
When you reside in the EU,
these are the steps to take:
Step 1.
Place an order
Please order the firearm in our webshop. You’ll then receive an order notification
Step 2.
E-mail us:
- a copy of your ID
- a copy of your firearms certificate
- the order number
Step 3.
You will receive:

an order confirmation
-
the serial number of the firearm that’s reserved for you

a payment request for the shipping costs and the additional export costs
Step 4.
Apply for an import licence
You can now apply for an import license with your local authorities
Step 5.
E-mail the import licence
E-mail us the acquired import license
Step 6.
Export licence
We’ll then apply for an export license
Step 7.
Shipping consultation
After receiving the export license, we’ll ship the firearm in consultation with you
Non-EU protocol
When you reside outside the EU,
these are the steps to take:
Step 1.
Please send us an e-mail with:
- a request to purchase the firearm you want
- a copy of your ID
- a copy of your firearms certificate
- the name of the country you want the firearm shipped to
Step 2.
Order check:
When export is possible, we’ll put in a manual order for you.
You’ll receive an e-mail with:
- an order confirmation
- a payment request for the firearm
Step 3.
Payment:
After receiving your payment, we’ll send you an e-mail with the details of our export partner*
Step 4.
Apply for an export partner
You can now take care the import paperwork and provide this to our Dutch export partner
Step 5.
Shipping
We’ll ship the firearm to our export partner
Step 6.
Export licence
After they receive your import paperwork, our export partner will arrange the export paperwork and ship the firearm to you
